Lifestyle Weight Loss Management 

This is a 20-session program designed to help clients identify and address the stressors that may be preventing them from losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. These stressors can be both internal and external. The goal of the program is to recognize these obstacles and learn how to reduce or eliminate them using a variety of tools and techniques introduced throughout the sessions. Each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes and can be scheduled once or twice a week, depending on the client’s comfort level and progress.
