Personal/Group Training
Freeing to Be Fit, LLC offers personal training tailored for beginners and intermediate individuals, helping you lay the foundation for your healthy lifestyle journey. Our workouts incorporate light weights, bodyweight exercises, and circuit training to build strength and endurance. We also offer small group training (2-4 people) for a more supportive and personalized experience. Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long and start at $20 per session. When you sign up for 3 or more months, you’ll receive $5 off each session within that program. This program pairs perfectly with any of the other services offered by Freeing to Be Fit.
